Founder Steve Snapp has a longstanding reputation for developing intuitive, brand-driven communications that connect powerfully with consumers.

Steve PhotoHe brings wide-ranging experience in both general advertising and direct marketing. He proudly points to a long string of successes for clients as diverse as Chase and DSW, American Express and the M.I. Hummel Collectors Club, Friends of the Library and SunTrust Bank.

His work for DSW regularly generated record-breaking response rates for that shoe retailer’s massive customer loyalty program. Mailings for Strong Investments improved lead generation results for both individual mutual funds and high-end investor programs.

At Bronner Slosberg Humphrey (now Digitas), Steve was the first Creative Director to lead the consolidated direct marketing efforts of American Express. He had responsibility for more than a dozen credit cards brands, the Membership Rewards Program, and merchant marketing efforts.

Among his accomplishments, Steve increased credit card receivables for Chase by an unprecedented margin with a single balance transfer mailing. His work for Quikbook.com, a hotel reservations site, merited a Echo Award, expanding his collection of Echo, Caples and Effie awards earned for AT&T, the Bermuda Department of Tourism and A&W Root Beer.

A resident of Rockville, MD, Steve is also Co-Founder and Creative Director of Classic Journeys, an active travel company.
